do i need to ask?

if someone promised something to me, it has been more than two weeks and i am still waiting for that particular promise until now, [refer to the title]

i am bored

last friday i was on leave, coz i had to go to ica to complete my pr application. i made an appointment before. the submission was breeze, only took abt 10 mins. then settled it. after that, they needed to take my fingerprints for the ic, it was also pretty fast. the nightmare came when i had to wait for hours to collect back my passport. it was horrible. they just made ppl wait for hours and hours. there was queue numbers, but they were in random. that was really stupid. and there was time when the queue number wasnt moving at all for more than one hour. i couldnt take it and just left for lunch. i think they just went for lunch or something, but at least could you guys let ppl know to come back later if u were having lunch … if u guys were not having lunch at that time, my apology … but wat happened then?

the whole thing was done abt 2pm. then i didnt know where to go. so i just went to my fav place, the esplanade. not sure why i like that place maybe the sea? or do u call it river? watever. spent some time at the library, actually hours … haha. then went up to the roof top. and sat at the sea (or river) side …

sis smsed me, and asked me to have dinner at city. she was bored and she offered to treat me … who will refuse hahaha … then she suggested to have dinner at the Central. Met her there abt 7pm if i remembered correctly. we had our dinner at Waraku, long queue, given q number, but we didnt wait long, coz many ppl just left, coz they thot there were too many ppl and had to wait for long. we waited for 15mins i guess. we had lots of food, really. felt really full. thats the end of that day.

sat, woke up quite late. then went to school for meeting. i think i must get my thing done asap … then i will have my free sat which i can use for watever i wanna use it for. enjoy my sat … i barely have free sat so far. after i get it done, i hope i can have it … plz give my sat to me … grrr. met yud to get some movies from him.

sunday, met yud and hap for bf, then went to gym, did a little running and stretching. played a little badminton. not as good as i used to be, but still okie lar … then had lunch at school. went to lib to borrow a book. went home for mini movie marathon … hehe 

actually i am bored. its better that i am working. time will pass so fast until i dont realize it … sometimes i dont like it that way, coz if it is too fast, i cant even enjoy wat i am doing. but then again, if i have too much free time, i dont really have many things to do at the moment. so i will feel bored. end up watching movies …

i love working then … watever

burn after reading …

today, went to watch burn after reading with doll … we were late because of … its a long story …

anyway, i’m gonna make it short. i bought the tix, in my mind i wanted to watch at GV max or Grand Cathay. i like big screen, and in the future, in my future house, gonna buy a big LCD or plasma TV or watever which will be come out next time … watever they wanna call it. but i wanna make sure that it is BIG. okay, a bit off track, oh yeah, then i bought two tix at GV Grand, since it is not shown at cathay yet. I thot GV Grand was GV Max, yeah i was so blur.

Then met doll abt 330pm, took train to Vivo. on the way there i asked her whether Grand was at vivo … she was so sure u know :p …. i didnt know why i wasnt so sure at that moment. i smsed yud, asked him whether Grand was at vivo … his reply was rather expected :p … the reply was “nope it is at great world city” … since doll was so sure, then we just gave it a try …

at the counter, me acting blur, pretending that Grand was at vivo … tried to collect the tix … the poor boy was trying to get the me tix, but in the end he decided to check it “at the back”. i mean he went in, maybe talked to his colleague … and finally came out and tell me that i bought the tix for Grand, which is not at vivo … pretended to be surprise … hehe such a pretender huh …

yeah, both doll and i off to great world city … to catch the movie. reached there, and a bit late, i think a few mins … the door was closed already, and the theatre was pretty full.

first few mins, i thot the movie would be boring … in my mind, “oh no, not another penelope plz” … went back a bit, i watched penelope with doll before, was meant to be a surprise for her, but it surprised me instead, coz that movie was really boring … really boring i repeat. sigh .. back again, “burn after reading” was really nice. very funny, very messy, very stupid, the plot was unpredictable, the most important thing is we both really enjoyed it … doll laughed a lot .. me too honestly i like her smile … ops

we supposed to have dinner, but her fren needed something urgently … okie, i was perfectly okie with it … seriously. was i disappointed? i dont know why, i didnt feel that. as i always told her, there is always next time … dont worry abt that.

so we went home … had dinner by myself. watched tv … ate some snacks … watched tv again … and again … and again … hehe and blogged … 

yeah, this blog is kinda messy i know … messy in many ways … 

off now … working again tmr, and looking forward to it

working at C2 …

getting busier by days … 

there are lots of things to learn at my workplace. maybe in the past, i worked on something different, not so related. i am not struggling with my new job actually. at the moment, wat i wanna do is try to learn as many things as possible. just hope ppl in our group will not mind to teach me one thing or two. i know all of us are very busy now, short-handed, many things to do. i really hope i can just help them. but since i am still new, i only can do that much. but luckily, most ppl are willing to share their knowledge, which is a good thing, isnt it?

at C, i will be in charge on some processes. i will try as hard as possible to be “the best” dealing with the processes … i am going to be … for sure hahaha pray for me ppl, thx in advance.

okay going to post another post with different topic.
